For your next local adventure, look to the art-filled banks of the Arkansas River.

Along with its many museums and galleries, downtown Little Rock is full of public art to explore. And if you're looking for a way to get some fresh air while taking in the city's culture, look no further than the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau's self-led sculpture tour.

The tour stretches over 30 acres along the Arkansas River from the Clinton Presidential Center to the Old State House Museum, with the majority of works located between the First Security Amphitheater and the Little Rock Marriott.

Centered around the Vogel Schwartz Sculpture Garden and Riverfront Park, sights include more than 100 installations with subjects and styles ranging from lifelike animals to abstract works by artists both local and international.

LRCVB has created interactive maps to help you find your way to each piece, and includes photos of the sculptures if you decide to make it a scavenger hunt for the whole fam.
