The Argenta Arts District is wrapping up its Argenta Vibe Music Series season with a live performance by Arkansas string band Arkansauce on Saturday, Oct. 17, at Argenta Green Park in North Little Rock.
The free, outdoor concert is open to all ages, with gates opening at 4 p.m. and live music beginning at 6:30 p.m. Local food and drink vendors will be on-site, making it easy to grab a bite, find a spot and enjoy an evening of live music in the Argenta Arts District.
Arrive early at the nearby Argenta Green Park for Shop Small: A Pop-Up Market, hosted by North Little Rock ACCESS, an initiative of the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce. Running from 4-8 p.m., the market will feature local businesses and vendors, giving attendees another reason to explore the neighborhood before and during the concert.
Headlining the evening, Arkansauce brings its signature blend of bluegrass, “newgrass,” folk, rock and jam-band influences to the stage. The four-piece string band is known for its energetic performances and improvisational sound. Opening the evening is Arkansas singer-songwriter Chris DeClerk, whose music blends rock, blues and Americana.
