Wildwood Park for the Arts is gearing up for its 15th annual Lanterns Festival April 16-19, the popular springtime festival celebrating cultures the world over, and this year’s fest is bigger than ever.
Now held over four magical evenings, guests are transported to faraway places and times as they stroll through the illuminated pathways of Wildwood’s gardens. Each year, Lanterns spotlights different cultural destinations and time periods throughout the 105-acre park, with cultural vistas featuring live entertainment, food, drinks, games and more. Up this year are China, Egypt, Honolulu, Italy, Japan and even the fantastical forests of Oz.

Wildwood’s mission is to provide opportunities for lifelong learning, engage the imagination and celebrate the human spirit through encounters with nature and the arts: visual, performing, literary, horticultural, culinary and more. And Lanterns helps make it all happen.
“When visitors come to Lanterns, they not only get to experience a special event for themselves, but they support the arts and nature in Arkansas now and for future generations,” executive director Dr. Bevan Keating says.
Tickets to the 2026 Lanterns Festival are available online now.
