Men on a Mission 2026: Jamie Hoffman

Jamie Hoffman
Owner, Hoffman Team Real Estate & Property Management / River Rock Realty

HOW I KNEW THIS WAS MY PASSION
I’ve always enjoyed taking a property that needed work and turning it into something better. Seeing a home’s transformation and the impact it has on the people who live there is incredibly rewarding.

BEST CAREER MOMENT SO FAR
Leaving public accounting and jumping into real estate full time. What started with a few houses and investment properties grew into the business we have today. Definitely a leap of faith, but I’d make the same decision again.

NONPROFIT I WISH MORE PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT
We support several nonprofits, especially those focused on homelessness and animal rescue. Organizations like Our House, The Van and Friends of the Animal Village do incredible work. Even a small donation or volunteer effort can make a real difference.

BIGGEST CHALLENGES IN MY CAREER
Balancing a growing business and family. We were rehabbing a large number of homes per year. While this helped build our management company, it also taught me the importance of keeping family first.

ONE THING I WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT MY COMPANY
The thing I am most proud of is our team. We’re like family, and everyone is focused on the same goal: doing what is best for our owners and tenants. I believe it shows in how we do business.
