Sip on the Wild Side at Little Rock Zoo’s Wild Wines This Weekend

If you’re looking for a tame evening, stay on your couch with your BFF, Netflix. If you’re looking for something a little more wild, look to the Little Rock Zoo for its annual Wild Wines fundraiser.

After going virtual in 2020, the party returns to take place over the course of two nights. On Friday, Sept. 17, is the Wild Wines VIP Night where guests will enjoy eats from some of the city’s best restaurants paired with cocktails and hand-selected wines from O’Looney’s Wine & Liquor and Black Apple Cider. The kickoff event takes place from 7-9 p.m. and includes live music from The Rodney Block Collective, Harp and Brian Nahlen, as well as admission to the “Mane” event.

On Saturday night is the Wild Wines “Mane” Event from 7-10 p.m. More than 200 wines and food from more than 40 area eateries await attendees at this fan favorite event, plus visits from some of the zoo’s inhabitants, a silent auction and live music from The Rodney Block Collective, Harp, Brian Nahlen, Mike Poe and a special drum circle
