The Croissanterie is a from-scratch, boutique bakery providing breakfast, lunch and brunch. We also offer catering, wholesale, Supper Club plated dinners and teach baking and cooking classes. We pride ourselves in giving back to the community through donations and involvement in local fundraisers.

The people. From our phenomenal staff to the new and old Flakey Friends that support our business. And getting to make tasty pastries every day is a plus!

I enjoy listening to books. I’ll randomly select books without reading their description.

We are not in the food business serving people. We are in the people business serving food.
