CALS provides resources and cultural enrichment through its 15 libraries and other facilities that encourage life-long learning. My professional journey began in human resources as a recruiter, but most of my career has been in communications, including agency and museum work.

“Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good.” Striving for excellence is essential, but seeking perfection shouldn’t hinder progress.
How I knew this was my passion
I’ve gravitated towards the creative space since I was a child. Working at Mosaic Templars Cultural Center solidified my path, confirming that cultural institutions are where I’m meant to be.
Biggest challenges in my career
Managing people, especially those who were once my peers. It requires navigating delicate dynamics.
