My first job out of college was a supervisor position with Arkansas Blue Cross in customer service. During my 19-year tenure, I have worked in performance management, training and now as the vice president of claims. I’ve had the good fortune to work for a company that has given me opportunities for growth and to learn more about the health care industry.
