First things first: Let’s not pretend like you don’t know the Razorbacks are coming to Little Rock this weekend. The Hogs will take on the Toledo Rockets at War Memorial Stadium at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12, and it’s just about all anyone can talk about.
To up the ante, local news station KARK is hosting a Razorback Nation River Market Takeover (and then some) for fans. It all starts Friday morning at 5 a.m. with the Razorback Spirit Run, a three-mile run that ends on the field at War Memorial. Click here for more info.
Later that night, everyone is welcome to a special return of Movies in the Park for a free showing of “Guardians of the Galaxy” at the First Security Amphitheater at sundown. Stick around after the movie for a broadcast of Gear Up for Game Day, straight from the River Market, at 10:15 p.m. You could even win Stevie Wonder tickets. Click here for more info.
