Three cheers for summer beers!
Ok, so maybe it’s not technically summer yet, but we’re not arguing with the thermometer. Either way, we’re still making plans to attend The Southern Gourmasian June Beer Dinner with Stone’s Throw Brewing.
In this beautiful, beautiful coupling of some of our fave Little Rock eats and drinks, guests will enjoy five different custom courses form The Southern Gourmasian, expertly paired with five of Stone’s Throw’s best brews. No, this is not a drill.
Take a look at the Southern Gourmasian menu:
1st course:
- Pork, shrimp, vermicelli spring rolls and caddo kolsh with Thai basil syrup
2nd course:
- A surprise dish from Diamond Chef Finale (click here for our rundown of the event)
3rd course:
- Vietnamese-style chicken salad, noodles, herbs and peanuts
4th course:
- LambBQ roti, burnt scallion BBQ sauce and sticky rice
5th course:
- Toffee brownies, star anise infused tea sorbet
