Jacksonville North Pulaski School District is a Purple Star School District committed to serving the educational and social-emotional needs of military-connected children and their families.

Special Services

All new schools by 2024, Purple Star School District, free breakfast and lunch daily, career readiness programs, home of Simply Delicious Restaurant, certified teachers and dedicated staff.

Virtual Learning

Scholars in grades 1-12 have access to Chromebooks to use in the classroom and at home as part of the 1:1 program. Elementary scholars learn computer coding in the classroom.

Exciting Projects

JNPSD is on track to have all new schools by 2024. Construction is underway on our last two schools, Bayou Meto Elementary and Murrell Taylor Elementary, opening in fall 2024.

Programs

JNPSD offers scholars a wealth of choices in building their educational experience. Opportunities include: Arts & Education, Fine Arts, Career and Tech, Computer Coding and Advanced Placement & Dual Credit.

New or Noteworthy Programs

Jacksonville High School is home to Simply Delicious, a restaurant operated 100% by culinary scholars and their instructors. JHS offers several career pathways which include: culinary, nursing, cybersecurity, automotive, etc.
