Teacher Ratio

BLC maintains low child to staff ratios of 1:4 for children ages six weeks to three years and 1:7 for three to five years.

BLC is dedicated to responding to needs of children and families in an always-changing world that requires flexibility and commitment.

Innovative and Creative Teaching Methods

Children’s literature, muscular development through play, art activities and music are vehicles in helping children master skills and gather information.

Campus and Facilities

BLC’s learning environment is warm and inviting, encouraging children to explore and experience the world. BLC has worked carefully to equip the classrooms with age-appropriate materials and furnishings.

Scholarship or Financing Options

BLC accepts Medicaid and daycare vouchers. It is licensed by the Division of Childcare and Early Childhood Education and DDS to provide programming for children of all abilities.
