We may be in the midst of Dryuary, but the annual no-alcohol-in-January challenge isn’t the only reason folks are reaching for the mocktails. These four recipes crafted by Raduno Brick Oven & Barroom are every bit as delicious as any happy hour menu you’ll find — tiki glass included — no matter your motive for passing on the hard stuff.

Lavender Limonata

This crisp, refreshing mocktail is not too sweet or overpowering, a great stand-in for Dry January.

Serve in a Collins glass

  • 0.75 oz. lavender syrup
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 4 oz. Sanpellegrino Limonata

Garnish: Lemon wheel, sweet pea flower and lavender sprig

For Your Health

An earthy and tangy mocktail with a hearty base of ginger beer, this one’s for all the moscow mule lovers.

Serve in a Collins glass

  • 0.75 oz. yerba mate syrup
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 4 oz. ginger beer

Garnish: Lemon wheel and mint sprig

Cherry Basil Tonic

Sit back and enjoy this take on a shirley temple with basil syrup and grenadine.

Serve in a rocks glass

  • 0.5 oz. fresh basil syrup
  • 0.5 oz. grenadine
  • 4 oz. tonic

Garnish: Basil leaf and cherry

Tiki Me Back to Summer

Hold on to summer with this ode to the warmer months. The smooth mixture of pineapple and grapefruit juices paired with a bit of simple syrup will have you hearing the waves in no time.

Serve in a tiki glass

  • 1 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 0.75 oz. pineapple juice
  • 0.25 oz. simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz. lemon lime soda
  • 1.5 oz. soda water

Garnish: Pineapple chunk and pineapple leaf
