Food truck season is still going strong, and this neighborhood event is here to prove it.
The Maumelle Food Truck Festival will take place on Saturday, Nov. 2, at Lake Willastein Park. Among the fall foliage and waterside views, guests will have their choice of flavors from more than 40 food trucks from the surrounding area.
While the eats are the main event, the lineup also promises more than 40 vendors to shop, a kids’ zone with the Maumelle Lions Club and some one-on-one cuteness with pets from Maumelle Animal Services.
The day’s schedule also includes a bit of friendly competition. First up is a pet show, followed by a pie bake-off and then a hot dog eating contest. (Plan your food truck indulging accordingly.)
Hosted by the City of Maumelle and the Maumelle Area Chamber of Commerce, the festival begins at 11 a.m. and runs all day until 6 p.m.
