Cooking classes are in full swing at Eggshells Kitchen Co., 5501 Kavanaugh Blvd., Little Rock.
Eggshells Kitchen Co. had a Vegetarian 101 class with chefs Marie and Butterfly of Solfood Catering scheduled for Friday (April 4), but it has been cancelled.
The menu was going to consist of spicy vegetarian chorizo tacos, nacho cheese sauce and mango salsa.
The class begins at 6 p.m. You will be offered a glass of wine or beer at check-in, but you are also welcome to bring the beverage of your choice for the meal.
