Shop Local to Benefit Nonprofits in New SoMa Cares Initiative

Now you can give back for good when you shop at Little Rock’s South Main Street stores.

Through the SoMa district’s new neighborhood initiative SoMa Cares, shoppers have the opportunity to donate to a different local nonprofit each month by rounding up their purchases.

Many small businesses and restaurants in the area have teamed up to create a round-up feature on their payment systems where money from donations will be sent directly to the nonprofit. This new program will make a positive impact on the community by allowing consumers to shop with purpose while having fun and supporting local.

This month, donations will benefit The Wolfe Street Foundation, Arkansas’ oldest and largest nonprofit dedicated to addiction recovery. Below are the remaining nonprofits selected for 2024 SoMa Cares. If you’re passionate about supporting one of these deserving nonprofits, be sure to shop SoMa during that month.
