Roots Juices hopes to make a splash when it officially opens its doors this Thursday.
As we first mentioned last month, Roots Juices, located next door to Le Pops in the Heights, will offer cold-pressed juices.

These cold-pressed juices, according to owner Brent Rodgers, contain 50 times the amount of nutrients than the juice you buy at the market or make at home which he says “uses heat and force to extract the juice, which kills vital nutrients.”
