Ah, who doesn’t love a good mullet? You know what — don’t answer that. But this rad party might just change your mind.
Mullet Madness, the annual ’80s-themed fundraising event for Kidsource Therapy, is back (to the future) again, this year set for 7-11 p.m. on Friday, August 26, at Next Level Events in downtown Little Rock.
The ancient proverb “business in the front, party in the back” will come in handy as Mullet Madness not only raises funds with a raffle and silent auction, but also rocks the house with food, drinks and live music from ’80s cover band Canvas.
Proceeds go to various programs of Kidsource Therapy, an organization that provides education, assistance and outpatient physical, occupational, developmental and speech and language therapy services to kids with disabilities and their families. Opening in 1998, Kidsource has grown to six locations across Arkansas: Benton, Little Rock, North Little Rock, Arkadelphia, Hot Springs and Malvern.
