Having a hard time waiting for the ASO’s annual Opus gala in November? You’re not alone.
To help tide you over, the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra Guild has created a brand new event called Rhythm on the River, slated for Friday, April 28 at the Robinson Center.
Not unlike Opus, Rhythm on the River aims to raise funds to support music education in Arkansas, but this event has a casual atmosphere all its own. Guests will enjoy a night of dinner, drinks and dancing to the unique classic rock/oldies sounds of The B Flats.
According to organizers, Rhythm on the River “is all about celebrating music and having fun while supporting one of the community’s cultural institutions, the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra.”
Rhythm on the River will take place in the Robinson Center Ballroom from 6:30 – 10:30 p.m. Click here to get your tickets.
