It’s no secret that we’re suckers for a good brunch. Pair it with some awesome weather and you’ve pretty much got our daydreams wrapped up in a bow.
Well, You can call Raduno Brick Oven & Barroom our fairy godmother, because they’re making our dreams come true this weekend. (Ok, so maybe they’re not responsible for the weather, but you don’t know that for sure.)
Beginning this Sunday, Feb.28, the SoMa pizza joint is debuting a brand new weekend food and cocktail brunch menu. Here’s a look at some of of the dishes that made the first lineup:
Eats
Lox: smoked salmon with arugula, capers, red onion and lemon; served on toasted sourdough with chive cream cheese
Lemon Ricotta Pancakes: served with maple syrup and a blueberry compote
Shrimp and “Grits”: sautéed shrimp with oven roasted tomatoes, pancetta and green onion; served over parmesan polenta
Apple and Fennel Frittata: granny smith apples, fennel and white cheddar; served with your choice of a small insalata mista or fresh fruit
Chorizo and Potato Pizza: chorizo, potatoes, green onion and queso fresco
Drinks
French 75: bubbly blend of Herbaceous Gin, fresh lemon and sparkling wine
Milk Punch: Jamaican rum, cream sherry, Herbsaint and Allspice across a creamy medium
Irish Good Morning: Irish whiskey, gourmet coffee, amaretto, and génépy topped with a house whipped menthe cream
Carré Noir: classic New Orleans Manhattan enhanced with Averna’s bittersweet orange peel goodness
And that’s just a taste of what awaits at Raduno this weekend. The plan is to eventually extend the menus to cover Saturdays as well, but is currently reserved for Sundays only.
