John Starling founded JTS in 1998 and has built the company to be the largest Arkansas-owned employee benefits brokerage firm in the state, employing over 200 employees in four states. He attributes the company’s strong growth to innovation, technology and, most importantly, a team of incredibly talented co-workers. Starling is passionate about community service, volunteering his time through groups such as the American Heart Association, National Kidney Foundation and the Baptist Health Foundation. He also serves on several industry boards, including the Arkansas Community Bankers Association Board, United Healthcare National Advisory Board and Delta Dental Advisory Board.
Mike Crow has been in the insurance industry for 32 years and specializes in group employee benefits. Providing service and building relationships is what makes this business so important to him. He is very thankful to be surrounded by such a great team at JTS Financial.
