JoJo Carter
Engel & Völkers
JoJo Carter has been involved in the central Arkansas housing industry since her childhood in Benton, where her parents were involved in the construction industry. Even at a young age, Carter enjoyed spending nights and weekends at construction sites, looking at plans and helping with material selections. This experience inspired her to pursue a degree in interior design from the University of Arkansas. After graduation, she obtained her real estate license and began flipping homes.
Carter's combination of over 17 years of experience with real estate transactions, first-hand construction knowledge, as well as her interior design degree give her a unique perspective that
is a huge advantage for her clients.
“I love helping people and truly want others to be happy, especially my clients. This is why I listen closely to their needs and wants, whether they are buying or selling. If a client is buying a home and is open to improvements, I like to use my expertise to show them what is possible to make the house their ideal home,” says Carter.
“If a client is selling, I always help them to make sure their home is properly staged and identify areas that should be addressed before their home hits the market. Many sellers spend money on unnecessary improvements before listing their house and my goal is to point my clients in a direction that is worth the investment they choose to make. My best advice to homeowners would be to call your Realtor before doing any improvements or updates if you plan to sell.”
