A Guide to New Year’s Eve in Little Rock

Little Rock may not have a Times Square to drop the ball on New Year’s Eve, but we’re pretty sure these parties are almost as good. Probably better, actually. Who wants to stand out in the freezing cold packed between thousands of people for hours? No thanks, we’ll take a classy, warm, indoor party with champagne any day of the week.
