Little Rock seems like its always been every foodie’s dream — but more and more it’s becoming every shopper’s dream.
A brand new shopping center called the Shops at University Village is making it’s way onto the retail scene and we can’t wait to find out what stores end up there.
A Dallas group has purchased the old Sears building, which closed in July, as well as several other surrounding buildings. Another Dallas-based group, Shop Companies, is marketing the area as The Shops at University Village.
They are hoping to have a grocer anchoring the space and then fill two smaller buildings with other retailers.
The property is located at the northwest intersection of University Avenue and Interstate 630 near the Target and down the street from Park Plaza Mall.
