Mental Health Resource Guide: The Centers

The Centers for Youth and Families is committed to meeting the unique and evolving needs of individuals by providing comprehensive, integrated care that promotes physical, emotional and social wellness for all.

Founded in 1884, The Centers has maintained its commitment to serving vulnerable youth and families in our community. In 2019, The Centers became the Community Mental Health Center for individuals residing in Pulaski County south of the Arkansas River, expanding its services to adults. Each year, thousands of children, families and adults benefit from life-saving mental and behavioral health services.

Life is not picture perfect. Traumatic events may cause emotional and social challenges that make life seem impossible for you, your child or family. The Centers is here to help.

The Centers offers same-day appointments, tele-health appointments and provides a free 24/7 Emergency Crisis line for any individual experiencing a mental or behavioral crisis (501.666.8686).
