Men on a Mission 2022: Luke Mattingly

BEST CAREER MOMENT SO FAR
The day I became CEO at CareLink. Becoming a CEO is a great achievement but I was most excited because I knew this would provide me with the platform to better advocate for seniors in central Arkansas.

HOW I KNEW THIS WAS MY PASSION
I knew this work was my passion the first time I went on an in-home visit with a CareLink RN. I saw firsthand how important it is to those we serve to age in the comfort of their own home.

BEST ADVICE I EVER RECEIVED
Always send handwritten thank you notes. And be willing to fail. It’s cliché advice, but so true! Fear of failure will hinder innovation and future success.

ONE THING I WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT MY COMPANY
How hard we work to stretch every dollar! We’re proud of the conscientious way we use our funds because it allows us to better meet the needs of the older people we serve.
