Men on a Mission 2022: Cal McCastlain

MY FIRST JOB AND WHAT IT TAUGHT ME
Working on the family farm (cotton and rice). The window of opportunity is always closing — the best time for planting a crop or killing a weed is moving away from you.

WHAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK TO MY JOB EVERY DAY
The people I work with every day. Without them I could not deliver the service I really enjoy providing.

ONE PRACTICE I USE TO MAINTAIN MY MENTAL HEALTH
Time management. If done properly, deadlines and commitments are met, stress is minimized, pleasant disposition is maintained and family and colleagues still associate with you.

ONE THING I WISH PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT MY COMPANY
How much WLJ reflects the people of Arkansas; not only in where we practice throughout the state, but where in Arkansas we are from and those original ties we maintain.
