NONPROFIT I WISH MORE PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT
I wish more people knew about the Food for Kids program at the Arkansas Food Bank. It provides food to children facing hunger through school pantries, backpack programs and even summer programs.
ONE PRACTICE I USE TO MAINTAIN MY MENTAL HEALTH
There are many. I have a daily quiet time and down time. I keep a bullet journal. I have a positive mindset. I believe the best in others. I CrossFit. All of these things combine to help my mental health.
A SKILL I NEVER EXPECTED TO USE IN THIS FIELD
I didn’t expect that one of the biggest battles with running a company is self-discipline.

Jim Rohn says, “Never wish life were easier, wish that you were better.” This quote has always stuck with me and affected the way I see challenges in life.
THE FIRST THING I DO TO COURSE CORRECT WHEN I HIT A WALL
Think and write, likely on my chalk board or in my bullet journal. I like to think on paper by getting down all of my thoughts and looking them over. Most of the time, I can clearly see a path forward.

We are building a worldwide real estate company that does real estate differently. As a brokerage, we focus on the client experience and agents who master their craft. We operate like a media company and we’re not finished growing!
