The biggest challenge by far has been scaling Apptegy and maintaining rapid growth over time. Scaling sales, hiring, culture, etc. is only going to get more difficult.

We didn’t build any one magic product or feature or have any marketing that went viral. We’re a good example of how much success you can have with execution, hard work and creativity.
A SKILL I NEVER EXPECTED TO USE IN THIS FIELD
Creativity. It’s one of the toughest things to truly pull off, but it’s a part of every big success we’ve had. It’s the one skill I use more than anything else.
THE FIRST THING I DO TO COURSE CORRECT WHEN I HIT A WALL
First principles thinking. I break things down to their simplest form and build back up from there. This helps me break through the noise and think with more clarity.
WHAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK TO MY JOB EVERY DAY
If I could be doing anything, it would be building a fast-scaling, large organization. I’m doing my dream job.
