Origami Sake, Arkansas’ first sake brewery, is hosting a sake crawl on Saturday, Sept. 28, in celebration of World Sake Day.
Delight in an evening of sipping and strolling through Hillcrest as you experience specialty crafted sake cocktails and delicious bites at some of the historic neighborhood’s finest spots. You’ll try various cocktails and pours made with Origami Sake’s two bold offerings: A Thousand Cranes and White Lotus, both made with Arkansas rice and Ouachita Mountain mineral spring water.
The crawl will kick off in style at 4 p.m. at Ciao Baci and conclude just after 6:15 p.m. at The Hillcrest Fountain. At each stop, including Pantry Crest and Hill Station, you’ll try a tasty bite that compliments each sake pairing. At the end of the night, you’ll enjoy a decadent dessert with a White Lotus pour.
Only 20 tickets are available for the crawl and 10% of the sales will support the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance. Tickets cover all food, drinks and good times. Of course, participants must be 21 or older.
