The Hatcher Agency was started on Sept. 1, 1990, by Greg Hatcher. It has been Arkansas’ top producing employee benefits agency for 36 consecutive years and has become the largest organically grown employee benefits agency in the country. The agency has been voted Best Insurance Agency in Arkansas almost every year since 2004. Hatcher credits “outrageous service” and community involvement as his staples of success. He was inducted into the Arkansas Insurance Hall of Fame in the fall of 2022.
