The Hatcher Agency
The Hatcher Agency was started on Sept. 1, 1990, by Greg Hatcher. It has been Arkansas’ top producing employee benefits agency for 35 consecutive years and has become the largest organically grown employee benefits agency in the country. The agency has been voted Best Insurance Agency in Arkansas almost every year since 2004. Hatcher credits “outrageous service” and community involvement as his staples of success. He was inducted into the Arkansas Insurance Hall of Fame in the fall of 2022.

Cingolani holds a bachelor of science degree in dietetics from the University of Central Arkansas and began working in employee benefits in 2012. She resides in Little Rock and in her spare time enjoys hiking and giving back to her community.

Warden assists clients with all their property and casualty needs and has his health and life licenses. He is a Paul Harris Fellow and, through the years, has been very active in various charitable endeavors. He and his wife Lisa have a son, a daughter and six grandchildren who all reside in Little Rock.

Raath and his team specialize in providing best-in-class benefit packages to businesses of every size across virtually every ZIP code in the state. He’s married to the love of his life and is run ragged by his two teenage sons.

Brooks was born and raised in Little Rock and holds a degree in business marketing. She and her husband Parker have a 2-year-old son and a dachshund named Boone. She loves spending time with family, and the best part of her job, she says, is the lasting relationships built with her clients.
