Monica Treat has proudly called Sherwood home for 35 years. A graduate of Sylvan Hills High School, Treat married her high school sweetheart Noah in 2003 and began her career in the insurance industry. She quickly discovered her passion for the Medicare market and, in 2008, founded Treat Insurance Agency with little more than determination and a car full of policy applications.
Over 18 years, she has built one of Arkansas’ leading woman-owned and woman-run Medicare agencies, now serving thousands of clients in nine states. Her professional accolades include five consecutive Best Insurance Agent honors in Little Rock Soirée magazine, its 2024 Minority- & Women-Owned Businesses feature and she was honored to be recognized with Arkansas Money & Politics as a Top 100 Professional in Arkansas.
Beyond her business, she and her husband own Noah Treat Construction and NoMo Properties. Dedicated to her community, Treat also serves on the Sherwood City Council. She and Noah are months away from moving into their dream home with their five fur children.
