“The Age of Anxiety” Member Preview Night at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts // AMFA members, this one’s for you! Classic Movies at Ron Robinson Theater // Pass the popcorn, please. The downtown CALS theater has four must-watch films showing this weekend. “The Craft” is up first Thursday at 7 p.m. Friday’s showing of “Ghostbusters” also starts at 7 p.m. Last but not least, “The Corpse Bride” screens Saturday at 12:30 p.m., followed by an 8 p.m. dinner and showing of everyone’s favorite, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.” Learn more here.

Catholic Charities of Arkansas Golf Tournament // Let’s hit the green for some good! Catholic Charities of Arkansas will host its 31st annual golf tournament to raise funds that help provide families with medical assistance, immigration services, disaster services, prison ministry, refugee resettlement, assistance for victims of domestic violence and more. 2nd Friday Art Night in Downtown Little Rock // 2FAN is back! Come for the local businesses, stay for the surprises. Multiple downtown businesses are opening their doors for after-hours artistic fun, including an opening solo show at The Window on Sixth, painting and beaded jewelry pop-ups at Bella Vita, plus Día de Muertos crafts and a live pianist at CALS Main Library. 2FAN runs 5-8 p.m. Learn more here.

Dogtown Throwdown in Argenta // North Little Rock’s Main Street is the place to be this weekend, as the neighborhood shuts down the streets for outdoor dining, entertainment and local vendors. Highlights include an Argenta mural tour, a visit from the North Little Rock Animal Shelter Mobile Adoption Unit, and live music from Rob & Tyndall – Mojo Duo on Friday and Boysterus on Saturday. Colin Kaepernick hosted by Pyramid Art, Books & Custom Framing // American civil rights activist and former professional football quarterback Colin Kaepernick is making an appearance at the Clinton Library for a special event promoting his new book, “The Perilous Fight.” Kaepernick will take the stage at noon Saturday.
