List Methodology & Disclaimers:
Little Rock Soirée partnered with DataJoe Research, a software and research company specializing in data collection and verification, to conduct a survey on our behalf. To create this list, DataJoe Research facilitated an online peer-voting process. DataJoe also conducted extensive media analysis to factor in community perception and achievements to collect additional data for scoring.
After collecting nominations and factoring additional information from the media analysis, DataJoe checked and confirmed that each published winner had a current, active license status with the state regulatory board. If we were not able to find evidence of a mortgage professional’s current, active registration with the state regulatory board, that mortgage professional was excluded from the list. Finally, DataJoe presented the tallied result to the magazine for our final review and adjustments.
We recognize there are many quality mortgage professionals who are not shown in this list. This is a sampling of the huge array of talented professionals within the region. Inclusion in the list is based on the responses collected through our survey.
