Tell us about the teacher, coach or administrator who made a difference in your life: I am incredibly grateful to Ms. Pitofsky, my eighth grade English teacher, for sparking a pivotal growth in my writing skills. Her guidance was the foundation for my successes in Ms. Conyer’s challenging AP English courses, where Ms. Conyer’s encouragement to think critically made me a more confident writer. Thanks to these extraordinary teachers, I will enter college not only academically prepared, but also intellectually curious and eager to keep learning and growing.
