MISSION:
Immerse is working to disrupt generational trauma and poverty afflicting Arkansas’ most vulnerable youth. We’ve developed unique, research-based strategies for specialized care through programs that empower young people ages 14-24 to overcome crises and enter adulthood resilient and ready for life. Our proven approach is affirmed based on outcomes in the lives of our youth: their wellbeing and healthy connection to a caring adult; whether they’ve exited to safe, stable housing; and their increased earning potential, gained through our programs. We provide a broad, reliable pathway to healing through tools including trauma therapy, housing, life skills classes, mentorship, educational and employment supports and transformational experiences.
Our flagship Little Rock campus is home to The Station, Arkansas’ first homeless shelter for young adults ages 18-24. We also serve youth through LifeBASE transitional programming in Little Rock and Conway; a northwest Arkansas expansion is planned for 2026.
