Giving Guide: City Connections

MISSION:

City Connections is a grassroots network of 300+ organizations fostering collaboration among churches, nonprofits, government, businesses, schools and civic groups to build a vibrant city rooted in generosity and harmony. Founded in 2009, our efforts have allowed us to create a shared working space for up to 10 nonprofits, provide transportation and employment opportunities through our missional employment agency (Operation Restore) and provide needed support to educators and families in our local schools, as well as food to local food pantries throughout central Arkansas.

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES:

  •  Transportation: Funds needed for van or fuel to transport Operation Restore clients to work daily.
  • City Connections Resident: $150 monthly provides shared office space for a nonprofit resident.
  • Hunger Relief: $4,000 provides a 10,000-meal party that benefits local food pantries.
