MISSION:
Birch Tree Communities is a nonprofit behavioral health program providing care and supportive housing for adults living with serious and persistent mental illness. Its mission is to support and guide members toward a satisfying life within the community.
The organization believes members play a defining role in determining what a satisfying life means to them and encourages individuals in their unique journeys toward mental health recovery and independent living. Currently, the organization serves approximately 400 members across 12 branches throughout the state of Arkansas.
GIVING OPPORTUNITIES:
- Donations: Help provide expressive arts which benefit members with coping skills, self-confidence and expressing emotions.
- Life Enrichment: Donations also provide life enrichment services and meaningful experiences for members, providing immeasurable benefits.
