Little Rock is one of 50 host cities selected as a location for an Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences sanctioned Oscar Night America watch party, benefiting the Wolfe Street Foundation, to be held at 6 p.m. Sunday (Feb. 24) at the Embassy Suites Little Rock, 11301 Financial Centre Pkwy.
A red-carpet arrival for guests will start the evening, followed by a dinner with a Wolfgang Puck-inspired menu, a photo booth, silent and live auctions, contests with prizes for predict the winners, best dressed female, best dressed male, and a viewing of the televised Academy Awards presentation with the same programs provided to the stars attending the Oscars at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood.
Tickets start at $150. All proceeds will benefit the Wolfe Street Foundation, which offers free meeting places, workshops, events and sponsorships for over 100,000 individuals yearly recovering from the effects of alcoholism and other addictions.
