Del Frisco’s Grille in west Little Rock has a delicious history of putting on incredible, multi-course cocktail dinners, and they’re back at it again with some of their finest top-shelf scotch.
Oh, yes. On Oct. 12, The Grille will serve up a six-course dinner featuring 12 and 14 year Balvenie and 12 and 18 year Glenfiddich — all from the genius of executive chef Maeve Cook. Plus, once you’re nice and full, you can opt to hang around for after-dinner cigar from Dave & Sons.
To get you excited about the meal, here’s a look at the menu:
- 1st course: charcuterie plate
- 2nd course: crab and shrimp seafood ravioli in a lemongrass cream sauce
- 3rd course: venison tartar over crostini with a white wine mustard sauce
- 4th course: glazed pork belly slider on Asian bau buns
- 5th course: sliced NY Strip with garlic mashed potato and root vegetables and an espresso and cocoa reduction
- 6th course: house made dark chocolate mousse trio
Whoa.
