Clinton Library Announces Fall Lineup

A dinosaur adventure, a tribute to an American classic and a presidential experience are all a part of this fall’s lineup at the Clinton Presidential Library.

You have until Oct. 18 to experience the interactive and educational “Dinosaurs Around the World” exhibit, which offers a globe-trotting exploration alongside 13 life-sized roaring, breathing dinosaurs as they travel from Africa to Antarctica.  The exhibit also features an area that chronicles the accomplishments of U.S. Presidents who acted to preserve fossil-rich areas in North America where dinosaurs once roamed.

Beginning Labor Day weekend, experience the “Oval Office” exhibit from inside the room. The exhibit has only been accessible for viewing through the office’s two doors and large windows, but starting next weekend, guests can tour the inside of the full-scale reconstruction of the office during the Clinton administration. A professional photographer will be on hand to capture keepsake photos, which will be available for purchase.

On Nov. 7, the Presidential Center will debut its forty-second temporary exhibit, “Coca-Cola: An American Original.”  This exhibit will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the iconic Coca-Cola glass bottle, originally created by the Root Glass Company of Terra Haute, Indiana. The collection brings together historic bottle “firsts,” such as Coca-Cola related presidential artifacts, commissioned illustrations featuring Norman Rockwell paintings, Pop Art by Andy Warhol and works by other iconic artists.

The Clinton Presidential Center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
