One Eleven at the Capital Hotel in downtown Little Rock has been turning heads since it opened in August under the command of chef Joël Antunes. We were thrilled at the news that the Capital Hotel Brunch returned last Sunday.
On their menu, you can find everything from chicken and andouille gumbo and house-smoked salmon to wasabi mashed potatoes and signature eggs benedict. Like to hit the sweets early in the day? Try the semifreddo with chocolate streusel or the raspberry cheesecake. Take a seat at that fancy new bar everyone keeps talking about and grab a grapefruit mimosa.
