Cache to Reopen This Weekend After Renovations

After nearly three months of repairs and renovations, Cache Restaurant is reopening this weekend.

As reported by our sister publication, Arkansas Business, the River Market restaurant closed in late July when a broken grease trap in the kitchen caused extensive damage to the floors on the first level.

The restaurant has since taken advantage of the closing by not only repairing the damage, but also updating various elements around the premises and by getting a jumpstart on its new project: a speakeasy-esque bar and dining room called The Bayou at Cache.

According to AB, The Bayou is located in the former Freckled Frog space next door to Cache and is “a kind of homage to the great Arnaud’s restaurant in New Orleans.”

No word yet on when The Bayou will make its debut, but the main restaurant has teased a new seasonal menu, which it will be sharing sneak peeks of on social media ahead of the opening.

Operating hours for the grand reopening weekend will be 5-10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and will return to regular hours next week.

Learn more about Cache on the restaurant’s website, and follow along on Facebook and Instagram for the latest. For reservations, email events@cachelittlerock.com or call 501.313.9469.
