The Center for Obesity and its Consequences in Health (COACH) Clinic is a family-centered, multidisciplinary outpatient clinic designed to prevent and treat obesity in children and teens through lifestyle changes. The COACH Clinic is for patients 4-17 years old and their parents or caregivers who have been referred by their pediatrician. The clinic requires a strong commitment and readiness to make changes for the caregivers and the child or teen. Patients receive monthly care and counseling throughout their visits.

This multidisciplinary specialty clinic offers specialized outpatient services for evaluating and treating eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and other eating disorders. Parent or family attendance at an educational session is required. The session includes information on causes, medical complications, behavioral and emotional symptoms, treatment, and guidance on how parents and other family members can support their child or adolescent.
