I joined CHI St. Vincent eight years ago, and I immediately felt a sense of connection. As St. Vincent’s human resources executive, I oversee employee and labor relations, some talent acquisition functions, human resource operations and employee health for over 4,500 employees. I have spent my career building meaningful and lifelong relationships. I love what I do but I love who I do it with the most.

Their initiatives go beyond coding to build confidence and connections, community bonds and career paths. Local: Our House empowers homeless and near-homeless families and individuals to succeed in the workplace, in school and in life through hard work, wise decision-making and active participation in the community.
