Get Ready for Eggshells Kitchen Co.’s April Cooking Class Lineup

Clear your schedules and cleanse your palate. Eggshells Kitchen Co. released their lineup of April cooking classes. The shop never seems to disappoint when it comes to bringing in gourmet chefs to impart some wisdom upon us, and this time is no different. Here’s who’s heading for The Heights. 

 

April 17: Outdoor Entertaining with Chef Brian Kelley

Chef Kelley may as well be a professor in residence with all the Eggshells classes he’s lead for leagues of eager-to-learn students. (Are you gaining tenure, Kelley?) This time around, he’ll be teaching you all about those foolproof, classic dishes you’ve been searching Pinterest for to impress all your friends at your next *ahem* patio party. April 29: Chef Felicia Suzanne Willett

Hold on to your chef hats, folks. Chef Willett was a homegrown Arkansas girl before leaving to learn under Chef Emeril Lagasse. She never lost her flair for Southern food (thank goodness) and opened the downtown Memphis restaurant Felicia Suzanne’s in 2002.
