Giving Guide: Achieve Community Alliance

MISSION:

Since its founding in 1957, Achieve Community Alliance, formerly United Cerebral Palsy of Arkansas, has steadily expanded from a grassroots movement to a statewide provider of support to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Today, the nonprofit delivers a continuum of services: early intervention and preschool, adult day habilitation, Medicaid waiver supports, community living arrangements, customized employment services and a full range of therapies — all to advance its mission of ensuring all Arkansans can live “life without limits.”

GIVING OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Donate to Achieve’s efforts to empower Arkansans of all abilities to live self-directed, fulfilling lives.
  • Volunteer as an individual or as a workplace team to support Achieve’s programs.
  • Enroll a loved one in an Achieve program and encourage neighbors to do the same.
