Giving Guide: The Highlands Foundation

MISSION:

The Highlands Foundation believes that the greatest opportunities to improve cancer may begin by recognizing needs that others overlook. Guided by a board of physicians, cancer care professionals, survivors and community leaders, the foundation identifies unmet needs throughout northwest Arkansas and invests in innovative solutions that improve the lives of patients and families affected by cancer. Whether expanding access to care, removing barriers for patients, supporting groundbreaking research, advancing early detection, strengthening survivorship or launching new community programs, the focus remains the same — to make a meaningful and lasting impact where it is needed most.

The Highlands Foundation maintains the flexibility to respond to emerging challenges and promising opportunities.
