Monica Treat became a licensed insurance agent right out of high school and has spent more than 25 years helping people navigate Medicare. Since founding Treat Insurance Agency in 2008, Treat and her team have become trusted subject matter experts in the ever-changing world of Medicare.
Today, Treat Insurance Agency is one of Arkansas’ leading woman-owned and woman-run Medicare agencies, licensed in 10 states. Treat credits much of the agency’s success to the remarkable women beside her. Danielle Brown, agent and director of internal operations, has a rare ability to sell, teach and lead while keeping the agency running seamlessly. Debbi Steiner, agent and client relations coordinator, brings exceptional service and genuine warmth, making clients feel like family.
That same spirit of warmth and connection extends into Treat’s personal life. In August 2026, she and her husband Noah celebrated finally moving into their dream home. Years in the making, their home was designed to be shared: a welcoming place for their five fur children, family and friends to gather, feel at home and make memories for years to come.
